Reason of Blockage Caused to Pulse Jet Dust Baghouse Collector

1. Hopper not sealed well  

2. Cleaning mechanism failure

3. Insufficient reverse blast volume

4. Less injection pressure

Generally speaking, we take the following measures to solve the problem

1. Temporarily strengthen cleaning to eliminate clogging of dust filter bag; 

2. Replace all or part of dust filter bags; 

3. Adjust the installation and operating conditions of pulse jet dust baghouse collector.
