De-dusting efficiency
De-dusting efficiency is percentage that dust content
trapped compares to dust content entered into filter when
dust-contained gas flow passes through bag filter
trapped, kg; Gi- dust content entered into filter, kg.
De-dusting efficiency is most fundamental parameter for
determining performance of filter, which shows treating
ability of filter for dust contained in gas flow. It is related
to running state of filter material, and affected by
following factors that includes feature of dust, type of
filter material, resistance, thickness of dust, filtering air
speed and dust-cleaning method.
Comparing to de-dusting efficiency, pressure loss of bag
filter has more important technical & economic
significance. It can determine not only power
consumption, but also de-dusting efficiency and
dust-cleaning interval etc. It is related to following factors
that includes structure of filter, type of filter-bag, feature
of dust, characteristics of dust-layer, dust-cleaning
method, temperature, moisture and viscosity of gas etc.
